Business Advisor, BEC Connect Far West
Is the business advisor servicing the Far West and is based in Broken Hill. He has a diverse range of experiences from start-up businesses to multinationals, across government and for profit and not –for –profit businesses particularly those businesses requiring change management around culture and safety. During this time he also had experience in hospitality including restaurants, catering and fundraising activities additionally he was also responsible for building a team where customer satisfaction was a key objective. As well he also run his own small business for a number of years, hence he is ideally suited for the role of a business advisor.
To go with this experience he also has a Commerce/Law Degree, an MBA which focused on creating a multi-disciplined teams working within the one organisation. He has also completed studies in a number of Post Graduate courses include Six Sigma and Lean processes.
Steve’s area of expertise is Governance, Industrial Relations and Human Resources, and business processes improvement. .
